Responsibilities • Execute strategic sales plans to promote medical devices to healthcare professionals and institutions. • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase product features and benefits. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through proactive account management and personalized customer service. • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to secure successful sales deals. • Provide comprehensive product training and support to healthcare staff to ensure proper device utilization. • Manage outside sales activities by visiting hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities regularly. • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analysis using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and product success. • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies within the medical device sector. Skills • Proven experience in outside medical sales is preferred, however we are prepared to train fist-timers who wish to break into the highly lucrative medical sales industry. • Must be highly outgoing and personable. • Must be willing to do what it takes to learn and implement our sales plan. • Ability to learn certain forms of medical technology and intelligently present it to physicians and other healthcare professionals. • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels within healthcare organizations. • Proficiency in sales techniques combined with a proactive approach to client engagement. • Analytical skills for assessing market data, sales trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. • Experienced with sales presentations both group and one-on-one. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel for preparing presentations, reports, and analysis documents.
