Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Medical Records Support . As a Medical Records Support Specialist, you will assist healthcare organizations in managing and organizing patient records efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the overall healthcare administration process. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Review, organize, and manage medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Convert, update, and maintain patient information within electronic health record systems. Verify the accuracy and completeness of medical documentation. Handle sensitive patient data with the highest level of confidentiality. Communicate effectively in German and English with healthcare teams and internal stakeholders. Identify discrepancies in records and elevate issues for resolution. Support administrative processes related to medical documentation and reporting. Collaborate with remote team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Required Skills and Qualifications Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken). Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions carefully and meet deadlines. High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information. Experience No prior experience required ; this position is ideal for entry-level candidates. Previous exposure to administrative work or medical terminology is a plus, but not mandatory.
