Medical Reviewer (PharmD/MD) - GLP-1 & Weight Management Content | US Licensed | Ongoing
THE OPPORTUNITY I'm building an evidence-based educational site about GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, etc.) and weight management. I need a licensed clinical professional to serve as our Lead Medical Reviewer. This is NOT a rubber-stamp gig. I'm looking for someone who will: - Actually read and improve content - Flag unsupported claims - Ensure proper sourcing (FDA labeling, clinical guidelines, peer-reviewed research) - Be comfortable being publicly credited with your real name and credentials If you're currently reviewing for 10+ other health sites, this probably isn't the right fit. I'm looking for a dedicated partnership, not another line item on a content mill roster. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Review articles (3,000+ words) for medical accuracy - Mark unsupported or overstated claims - Add or verify citations to credible sources - Ensure appropriate "consult your doctor" safety language - Provide feedback in Google Docs (comments + suggestions) WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR Required: - US-based with active, verifiable license - PharmD, MD, DO, or NP - Comfortable providing NPI and state license number for verification - Willing to be publicly credited as reviewer (with bio page on site) Strongly Preferred: - Specialty or experience in diabetes, endocrinology, obesity medicine, or weight management - BC-ADM, CDCES, or similar certification - Previous experience with health content writing or review - Active LinkedIn profile COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE - Paid test: 1 article review $50-$100 - if good fit.. Ongoing: Monthly retainer preferred (negotiable based on volume) - Potential for revenue share as the site grows - Starting volume: 4-6 articles/month, scaling to 10-12 I value quality over speed. I'd rather pay more for thorough review than less for a rubber stamp. TO APPLY Please answer all screening questions below. Generic applications without answers will be declined. Apply tot his job
