Medical Transcriptionist
About the position Responsibilities • Transcribe dictated medical information into clinical documents using word processing tools. • Apply knowledge and skills to daily activities that may vary. • Demonstrate a moderate level of knowledge and skills in medical transcription. • Solve routine problems independently and collaborate with supervisors for complex issues. • Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines. • Work collaboratively as part of a team. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED • Must be 18 years of age or older • Knowledge of medical terminology • Ability to work specified hours from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST Monday to Wednesday and 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST on Thursdays.
