Medicare Insurance Agent (Remote 1099 - Independent Contractor)

Quest Insurance Agency is one of the fastest growing insurance agency in united States. We are looking to hire 30 Medicare Insurance Agents 1099 Independent contractors. Every call you take is an INBOUND - NO cold calling or outbound dialing, you will get up to $85/Policy upfront (paid weekly+monthly) and additional backend commission. Our company is growing fast, and this is an opportunity for you to come onboard and grow with us! You must have a clean background; this position does require you to be licensed as an Insurance Agent. Perks of working with us: • Have the REAL ability to make $2000/weekly. Monthly Earning Potential as a Full-Time Agent: • 4 policies/day (88 policies/month) = ~$13200/month • 5 policies/day (110 policies/month) = ~$16500/month • 6 policies/day (132 policies/month) = ~$19800/month We are looking for someone: • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and $$. • Ability to work remotely and independently as a 1099 contractor • At least 1 year of experience into Insurance Telesales • Should have 240 or 215 Health and Life Insurance License. • Previous experience in insurance or sales preferred, but not required. • Knowledge of Medicare and supplemental insurance options is a plus. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • We don't micro manage people so we are looking hire self motivated people. • Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: • Review clients’ health care plans and assess their needs against available Medicare coverage options. • Recommend supplemental insurance policies, including prescription drug, vision, and dental plans. • Provide clear and thorough guidance on available options, helping clients make informed decisions. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the enrollment process. • Work independently in a remote, commission-based role, setting your own schedule.
