Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) — Remote (Multi-State Encouraged) Location: 100% Remote (U.S.) Employment Type: Contract 1099 Licensure: Active LMFT license in your practicing state (multi-state a plus) Must be licensed in one or more states: Florida, Texas, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Utah, California, Massachusetts About Us An early-stage, mission-driven telehealth practice focused on accessible, high-quality mental health care. Join at the ground floor and help build programs and processes that scale nationwide. You’ll have meaningful input on clinical pathways, group offerings, and future hires as we grow. Who You’ll Serve Our current patient base centers on: • Individuals navigating menopause/perimenopause • Postpartum and perinatal mental health • Veterans and military-connected families We plan to expand thoughtfully into adolescent services; experience with teens is a strong plus. What You’ll Do • Deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive teletherapy (individual, couple, and family) via a HIPAA-compliant platform. • Apply modalities such as CBT, ACT, IPT, EMDR, family systems, and trauma-informed care tailored to perinatal, menopausal, veteran, and (eventually) adolescent populations. • Conduct intake, treatment planning, ongoing risk/safety assessments, and coordinated care (e.g., with PCPs/OB-GYNs, psychiatry, and community resources). • Maintain timely, accurate EHR documentation and outcome tracking. • Participate in case consultation and help shape protocols, group programs, and referral networks as we scale. • Optional: supervise or mentor as the team grows. What You’ll Bring • Active, independent LMFT license in at least one of: FL, TX, NY, NJ, IL, UT, CA, MA (or strong interest in obtaining one). • Multi-state licensure (now or planned) is highly valued; please list all active licenses in your application. • Experience with one or more of: perinatal/postpartum, menopause/perimenopause, veterans/military families, adolescents. • 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (strong associates considered if independently license-eligible soon). • Comfort with telehealth, EHRs, measurement-based care, and collaborative practice. • Clear, compassionate communication and a growth mindset suited to an early-stage environment.
