Overview As a Merchant 4, you'll play a key role in helping build and guide our product picks for wholesale partners. You'll make sure the right Crocs are available at the right time, in the right places, and in the right amounts, always keeping in mind what our consumers want, what’s trending, and our overall brand goals! We're a fast paced team that thrives on teamwork, creativity, and delivering results under tight deadlines. This role can be based in either Broomfield, CO or Westwood, MA offices (Hybrid Schedule). What You'll Do • Build and tailor product assortments for wholesale accounts using data, customer insights, and global merchandising plans • Support seasonal launches and bring new products to market in line with brand and revenue goals • Align product offerings with consumer needs, regional strategies, and distribution channels • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to tell compelling product stories and improve channel performance • Supervise product performance and lead lifecycles to optimize sales across wholesale channels • Present assortments to key accounts and support custom requests while staying aligned with overall strategy • Contribute to various merchandising initiatives and travel as needed for presentations and account meetings What You'll Bring to the Table • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 4–7 years in planning or merchandising (footwear experience a plus) • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills • Solid understanding of fashion trends, consumer markets, and the competitive landscape • Shown success working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment • Self-starter with a drive to learn and grow • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. Title: Merchant 4 Salary or Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000 Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
