MES Change Management Consultant - Remote

Summary: The Change Management Consultant for Tulip MES will lead change management activities for the implementation of Tulip MES projects, ensuring the successful adoption of new digital processes and systems. This role involves developing and executing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication to support project objectives. The consultant will facilitate training, manage organizational impacts, and support teams through transition phases to maximize user acceptance and minimize disruption. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for Tulip MES projects. • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. • Create and execute communication plans to inform and involve all relevant parties. • Facilitate training sessions to educate users on new systems and processes. • Identify and manage organizational impacts to ensure smooth transitions. • Support teams through change phases to enhance user adoption and minimize disruptions. • Measure and report on change management effectiveness and project progress. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, or related field. • Proven experience in change management for digital system implementations, preferably MES. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs. • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
