Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook/Instagram)
Hi! I'm looking for a Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook/Instagram) for ongoing work across multiple client accounts. What you must be able to do (non-negotiable): - Set up and optimize Single Image/Video ads, Video campaigns, Carousel ads, and Collection ads - Work with a strict cadence: weekly / monthly / every 90 days - Manage budget pacing, prevent audience overlap, control frequency/ad fatigue - Run structured creative testing (angles, hooks, CTAs, thumbnails, formats) - Maintain strong tracking discipline (Pixel/events, attribution sanity, basic debugging) - Work cleanly and systematically: naming conventions, documentation, changelog How I work: - We set the strategy/KPIs and approve major changes. - You execute, test, monitor and document. - No “random optimizations” — everything needs a clear reason.
