We’re a growing Medical education company. Our primary audience is residents, fellows, and APPs, and we help with high-risk transitions and high-risk exams in internal medicine and subspecialities. We’re early-stage and want to build Meta ads carefully—start small, validate tracking + funnel + creatives, then scale over 3–6 months. Must have experience running US-targeted Meta campaigns. What we need A performance-focused Meta ads expert who can: -Warm up our Meta ads efforts safely (no reckless spend) -Build a measurable funnel integrated with GoHighLevel (GHL) -Optimize toward real outcomes (qualified leads/trials/purchases), not vanity metrics -Scale budgets gradually only after CPA/CPL targets and conversion quality are proven Scope of work Phase 1: Setup + Strategy (Week 1) -Audit current assets (landing pages, tracking, any past ads) -Define targeting plan for our niche (personas, exclusions, placements) -Set up/verify tracking: --Meta Pixel + events + UTMs (Conversions API a plus) --Attribution approach and QA checklist -Funnel mapping: --Ad → landing page → GHL form/workflow/pipeline → confirmation → platform onboarding -Deliver a 30–90 day testing plan with budgets, hypotheses, and success criteria Phase 2: Pilot / Warm-Up (Weeks 2–4) -Launch small-budget tests with strict guardrails -Build initial campaigns: --Prospecting (cold audiences) --Retargeting (site visitors, engagers, video viewers) -Implement/optimize GHL automation: --tagging, pipelines, follow-up sequences, booking link (if used) -Weekly optimization + reporting Phase 3: Optimize + Scale (Months 2–6) -Improve conversion rate through creative iteration and funnel improvements -Expand winning audiences and lookalikes only after enough data -Scale spend gradually while maintaining CPA/CPL targets -Build a repeatable creative/testing pipeline (new angles monthly) What success looks like -Clean tracking + reliable attribution (we know what’s working) -Stable CPL/CPA within agreed targets and improving conversion quality -Clear, repeatable path to scaling over 3–6 months Required experience -Proven Meta ads results for US audiences (please share metrics: spend, CPL/CPA, timeframe) -Strong tracking setup skills (Pixel + events + UTMs; CAPI a plus) -GoHighLevel experience (forms, workflows, pipelines, tagging, attribution) -Strong experimentation mindset (one-variable tests, clear hypotheses) -Comfortable starting with small spend and scaling only after targets are met -Clear communication + weekly reporting discipline Nice to have -Healthcare, education, or professional training experience -Familiarity with GME/residency/fellowship audiences Deliverables (first 2–3 weeks) -Tracking + funnel QA completed (events/UTMs + verification) -Campaign build + launch (prospecting + retargeting) -Initial creative plan + 3–6 starter ads (or detailed specs for our designer) -Weekly performance report + next-step action plan -Clear ramp plan with stop-loss rules and scaling criteria To apply, please answer -Share 2–3 recent Meta ad case studies targeting the US (include spend, CPL/CPA, timeframe, and what you changed to improve results). -Describe your 30-day careful ramp plan (budgets, tests, and stop-loss rules). -Confirm your GoHighLevel experience (what you’ve built: forms, workflows, pipelines, UTMs). -How do you verify tracking is correct (events, UTMs, attribution)?
