Meta (FB/IG) Ads Specialist — Fintech/Banking (Build From Scratch) | Long-Term - Contract to Hire
We’re hiring a senior Meta ads specialist to build our Meta ads program from zero and drive measurable pipeline + CAC outcomes. We’re a fintech business banking platform (bonus if you’ve marketed to nonprofits). This is not a “keep the lights on” role — we want someone who can stand up a clean foundation, launch fast, iterate weekly, and scale winners. Your mission Build a repeatable Meta acquisition engine that produces high-quality leads (not junk) with clear tracking from ad → conversion → downstream quality. What you’ll own (end-to-end) 1) Ground-up setup (non-negotiable) - Business Manager + Ad Account structure - Pixel + CAPI setup, domain verification, AEM, event mapping, UTMs - Conversion architecture + attribution sanity checks - Naming conventions + account hygiene 2) Launch + performance - Campaign architecture (TOF/MOF/BOF) - Testing roadmap: angles, audiences, creatives, landing page hypotheses - Weekly optimization: budgets, placements, exclusions, bidding strategy - Creative iteration briefs (what to make next + why) 3) Reporting + accountability - Weekly report: what happened, why, what we’re doing next - Track lead quality, not just CPL (work with our team to close the loop) Must-haves - You’ve run Meta ads for fintech/banking/financial services (regulated categories) - You’ve personally implemented Pixel + CAPI + AEM and can troubleshoot - You can show real results (spend levels + CAC/CPL + improvements) Nice-to-have - Nonprofit audience exposure (CFO/controllers/ops teams) - B2B funnels, booked-call flows, CRM attribution Engagement - Upwork contractor - Long-term if performance is strong - Open to hourly or retainer — propose your structure Apply tot his job
