MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering, auditing, or a related field • Bachelors level degree or higher or equivalent experience/combined education • Experience in auditing and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including AS9100, ISO 9001, and Lockheed Martin quality standards • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Desired Skills: • STEM degree at bachelors level or higher preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with audit tools and software, such as audit management systems Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
