Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claim Specialist / Consultant to join our remote team. This role supports a dedicated healthcare industry client and focuses solely on the Oklahoma jurisdiction. You will manage complex and litigated claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with all state requirements. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned adjuster who thrives in litigation management and client-focused service. Responsibilities • Investigate, evaluate, and adjust Oklahoma workers’ compensation claims in compliance with state laws and client-specific standards. • Handle settlement negotiations, including complex and litigated files. • Collaborate with defense counsel and manage litigation strategies. • Establish reserves and authorize payments within designated authority. • Maintain thorough claim documentation, diaries, and client communications. Qualifications What You’ll Bring – Required: • Minimum 5 years of experience handling Oklahoma workers’ compensation claims. • Active Oklahoma Adjuster’s License (required). • Strong litigation management and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities. Nice to Have: • Experience with healthcare industry clients. • Professional certifications (e.g., AIC, ARM, CPCU). How We Measure Success Performance in this role is typically measured by: • Annual performance reviews. • Quality of litigation management and claim resolution outcomes. • Timely documentation and adherence to client-specific requirements.
