Position Responsibilities: Represent and sell sports products (primarily baseball/softball-related) at mobile tour locations. Engage with customers, providing product information and recommendations. Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic presence at events. Independently manage your schedule and set up sales stations at various tour stops. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds of sports equipment and displays as required. Maintain inventory and ensure the sales area is organized and presentable. Work effectively with little supervision while ensuring all event goals are met. Gather contacts and build a customer base. Prepare weekly reports. Help product team identify market changes and help with field testing. Maintain appearance of company vehicles. Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Knowledge of baseball and softball sports and equipment. Full-Time/Weekend Availability Required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage a flexible schedule. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers. Weekend availability is required. Manage and track inventory. Geographic territory, but travel outside set area may be required. Clean driving record.
