Your Role Weâre looking for a Motion Designer who creates fluid, modern, system-friendly motion for web and mobile interfaces. This role requires a strong understanding of how to design motion that is not only beautiful, but performant , responsive , and optimized for code-based implementation rather than traditional video exports. Your work will range from subtle interaction animations to full microinteraction systems crafted with intention, clarity, and technical efficiency. What Youâll Do Design high-quality motion graphics and interaction animations for web and mobile products. Create motion that is lightweight, performant, and suitable for code-driven implementation. Work with product designers to bring UI concepts to life through motion that enhances usability and engagement.
