Motion Designer After Effects – Storyboard, Design & Animation (Long-Term) - Contract to Hire

I’m looking for a motion designer to join my agency as a long-term creative partner, specialized in high-end animated explainer videos. This is not a one-off freelance gig. The goal is to build a stable collaboration with someone who can handle both design & animation, from storyboard to final delivery. Projects are for demanding B2B clients: SaaS, tech startups, digital products, and professional services. ✅ Project Scope Animated explainer videos (30–90 seconds) Script provided Professional voice-over provided You focus on visual storytelling, design & animation What I’m Looking For This role requires both motion design AND visual design skills. You should be able to: Design clean, premium storyboards (Figma / Illustrator preferred) Create a strong visual direction before animation Handle the full animation in After Effects Deliver agency-level quality, not template-based work Style reference: 1600.agency moonky.space Technical & Creative Requirements 100% After Effects (no Canva / no template farms) Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and composition Clean animations, polished transitions, attention to detail Production timeline: 5–14 days per video Why This Collaboration?
