We are looking for a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to create a 20-30 second, high-impact marketing video for a real estate agency (McDonald Partners). This video will run on a high-definition street-front display, so it must be extremely clean, professional, and legible for passersby. The Concept: A case-study breakdown of why a "Public Auction" failed to get the maximum price compared to our "Silent Auction" method. Visual Requirements: Style: Modern, minimalist motion graphics (After Effects style). NO whiteboard or doodle animations. Brand Colors: Navy Blue, Orange, and White. Legibility: High-contrast, bold sans-serif typography is a priority. Pacing: Slow and steady (30 seconds total) to ensure text can be read by people walking past. Data Points to Animate: Property: 10 Smith St, Gymea Sale Price: $1,826,000 The Breakdown: * Bidder 1 Limit: $1,805,000 Bidder 2 Limit: $1,825,000 Bidder 3 (The Buyer) True Limit: $1,900,000 The Hook: Because it was a public auction, the buyer only had to bid $1,000 over the second-best price.
