Our client in the real estate space is looking for a motions graphics designer to assist their team on a part-time basis. This opportunity is fully remote for 15-20 hours per week on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities As a Motions Graphics Designer Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and platforms by creating and refining digital collateral Bring stories to life through simple motion graphics and video editing tailored for digital and social channels Collaborate with the marketing team to turn strategies into scroll-stopping designs Stay ahead of trends in design, tech, and AI to keep our visual content fresh and effective Confidently present design concepts, take feedback in stride, and iterate with purpose Qualifications As a Motions Graphic Designer 5+ years experience in graphic design or visual arts A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create compelling designs across a range of mediums Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Experience developing marketing materials, branded templates, and collateral A working knowledge of motion graphics/video editing. A good sense of what works on social media, from static images to short videos Curiosity and comfort with AI-powered creative tools for design and ideation Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-first environment Strong multitasking skills and grace under pressure in a deadline-driven setting In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
