About the position The Manager/Lead of Workforce Planning and Analytics will support the global workforce planning and strategic people processes of a leading financial services firm. This role requires advanced skills in data analysis, project management, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Oracle HCM, Excel, and data visualization to drive informed decision-making and optimize organizational performance. Responsibilities • Create PowerPoint decks based on multiple data sets. • Manage big data sets on Excel and analyze them using advanced Excel skills. • Oversee project management tasks, including collecting artifacts and following up from meetings. • Ensure delivery of projects and adherence to controls, including maker/checker procedures and documentation. • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines. Requirements • 10+ years of experience as a data-driven HR professional across multiple HR disciplines. • Proven ability in using advanced analytics, Excel, and data visualization for decision-making. • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or Master's degree in a relevant field. • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
