The National Sales Manager assists in developing and implementing product growth strategies in conjunction with Product Management. Responsible for sales growth and market share gain opportunities with new and existing customers. Manages the sales effectiveness of the independent reps and ensures that the sales funnel remains on track to deliver to budget expectations. The primary focus of the National Sales Manager is the Commercial Sinks product line. Essential Job Functions • Responsible for all Zurn Elkay commercial sinks business development, working with Sales Team to deliver • Develop, align and supervise execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets with Directors and Regional team • Assist Directors & Finance in commercial sink Sales forecasting • Develop/maintain strong key relationships with large commercial sinks Customers • Collaborate and assist with Area Manager Sales team to deliver commercial sinks budget • Work with Product Management to identify gaps & new opportunities for commercial sinks business • Work with Product Management to assist ZE commercial sinks product training development in order to communicate value proposition Education and Experince • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related discipline required • 5+ years of related sales and/or product management experience in the field • Experience with water management and plumbing products Location: USA Field Travel: 50% Base Salary Range: $112,900 - $155,238 Total Rewards and Benefits • Competitive Salary • Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, AD&D, and Life Insurance • Matching 401(k) Contribution • Health Savings Account • Up to 3 weeks starting Vacation (may increase with tenure) • 12 Paid Holidays • Annual Bonus Eligibility • Educational Reimbursement • Matching Gift Program • Employee Stock Purchase Plan – purchase company stock at a discount! • *THIRD PARTY AGENCY: Any unsolicited submissions received from recruitment agencies will be considered property of Zurn Elkay, and we will not be liable for any fees or obligations related to those submissions.** Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran Apply tot his job
