Nationwide Remote Work Comp Insurance/Indemnity Auditor $40-50/Hr
We're on the lookout for several Premium Audit Reviewers to work with our organization. The Premium Audit Reviewer performs quality review functions within the Audit QC Department to ensure that all audits meet regulatory and client-specific requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have experience working with premium audits (Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Garage, etc.), technical, interpersonal and math skills. Additionally, you will need to be dependable, adaptable, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities • Primary review of all premium audits (Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Garage, etc.) • Audits methods include: Physical, Remote Physical, Virtual, Phone, Mail • Independently determines if each audit adequately addresses the Affirm QC Requirements, state-specific requirements, and client-specific requirements • Validate time charges with audit detail and/or explanations • Manage inventory of audits to review • Work to develop auditor quality by providing technical help and clear information through direct communication with the auditors during the review process, or as otherwise requested by the QC Department management • Meet production requirements and expectations as provided • Perform other duties as assigned • Support company values of We are Dynamic, We are Innovative, We are Connected, and We Succeed Together This role is a full-time, remote position. Pay depends on Experience & will pay up to $50/hr Must have 2 monitors at your home to complete the job duties. Skills, knowledge & expertise • 2+ Years Premium Audit Experience (3-5 years preferred) • Must have extensive knowledge of manual rules: Basic Manual, Commercial Lines Manual, State-Specific Manuals for independent bureau states • Thorough experience regarding the usage of PAAS (Codes, Bulletins, FAQ's, Chart of State Exceptions, etc.) • Proficient in both Workers' Compensation and General Liability audits • Knowledge of garage and auto liability audits is a plus • Must have strong computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel • Must have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written • Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills with the ability to clearly and concisely identify errors and steps for resolution • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal direction, as well as collaboratively within a team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Send resumes to [email protected] Apply tot his job
