Native Mobile Software Engineer Intern

They are seeking a Native Mobile Software Engineer Intern to collaborate with a team of engineers and contribute to the development of mobile apps on iOS and Android, while also looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of engineers, product management and external partners to identify and implement improvements and new features for the GoFundMe mobile apps on iOS and Android Deliver code that is well-documented, tested, and operable Contribute to the growth of the organization by looking for opportunities to improve efficiency, processes and productivity Take ownership over the completion and quality of your tasks and project while incorporating guidance from your mentor, manager, and peers Skills Comfortable writing mobile-focused code, with a preference for experience in iOS and/or Android development For iOS: experience with SwiftUI, Swift, Combine, and familiarity with GraphQL is a plus For Android: experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and GraphQL is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus Benefits Competitive pay and comprehensive healthcare benefits Financial assistance for things like hybrid work, family planning Generous parental leave Flexible time-off policies Mental health and wellness resources to support your overall well-being Learning, development, and recognition programs Company Overview GoFundMe is the world’s largest fundraising platform, helping people, causes, and charities raise money fast and efficiently.
