They provide early, gentle correction for infants born with ear deformities, helping parents achieve safe and natural results during the critical first weeks of life. Their mission combines medical precision with aesthetic care, ensuring each baby receives compassionate, high-quality treatment. Our client is seeking a compassionate and meticulous clinician experienced in neonatal or pediatric care to perform non-invasive ear remoulding treatments. The ideal candidate will: • Work directly with newborns (typically under 6 weeks old). • Have excellent manual dexterity and an aesthetic eye for symmetry. • Be comfortable guiding parents through treatment and home care. This role is ideal for pediatricians, ENT physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, or neonatal nurses. Training in ear-moulding systems such as EarWellTM or InfantEarTM will be provided if needed. Key Responsibilities: • Assess newborns for suitability for non-invasive ear remoulding. • Apply and adjust ear moulding devices safely and precisely. • Provide clear instructions and support to parents for at-home care. • Track and document treatment progress, including photographs and clinical notes. • Collaborate with the Medical Director and nursing staff for optimal outcomes. • Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety standards. • Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm EST. Flexible scheduling may be considered Required Qualifications: • Licensed in the U.S. as MD, DO, PA, NP, or RN. • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatrics, neonatology, or ENT. • Comfortable handling and examining newborns. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with parents. • Attention to detail and aesthetic assessment skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Training or certification in EarWellTM, InfantEarTM, or similar ear-moulding systems. • Experience with craniofacial remoulding, neonatal orthotics, or pediatric aesthetic procedures. • Familiarity with clinical photography and electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
