Stay current on medical advancements and best practices in primary care, implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all confidentiality and privacy regulations. Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-management techniques. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of healthcare services.
