Off-site SEO Specialist Mid-Senior (EU based Remote)

Description • Own the global off-site SEO strategy for Hostinger, a 900-person company trusted by 3 million customers in 150 countries. You will be the architect of scalable link-building and outreach programs that directly fuel organic growth, domain authority, and brand visibility. • Build and nurture a diversified portfolio of high-value relationships with media outlets, niche bloggers, SaaS reviewers, educational platforms, and industry publishers. Your outreach will secure authoritative backlinks that move the needle on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and revenue. • Manage and optimize relationships with external SEO agencies and freelancers, setting clear KPIs, auditing deliverables, and ensuring every campaign aligns with Hostinger’s quality standards and OKRs. You will act as the single point of accountability for off-site performance across all markets. • Design, test, and iterate on next-generation outreach tactics—digital PR stunts, data-driven studies, co-marketing partnerships, podcast placements, and community-driven link magnets—pushing beyond traditional guest-posting to uncover untapped growth levers. • Identify bottlenecks in prospecting, pitching, follow-up, and reporting workflows; then automate repetitive tasks using tools like Zapier, Make, or custom scripts. Your automations will free the team to focus on creative strategy while scaling outreach volume 3-5× without headcount increases. • Monitor, analyze, and report on the impact of every backlink and campaign. You will translate raw data (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Looker Studio, BigQuery) into actionable insights that guide quarterly planning, budget allocation, and cross-team prioritization. • Collaborate daily with Content, Digital PR, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to integrate link-building into product launches, seasonal campaigns, and thought-leadership initiatives. Your coordination ensures every asset created has a built-in amplification plan. • Champion a culture of experimentation and knowledge sharing inside the SEO guild. Run monthly “growth labs,” document winning playbooks in Notion, and mentor junior specialists to raise the bar across the entire 25-person marketing organization. • Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, spam policy changes, and emerging SERP features.
