Job Description • We are seeking a friendly, responsive, and detail-oriented Online Chat Assistant to provide real-time support to customers through our website and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will assist with product inquiries, order support, and general questions while representing our organic care brand with professionalism, warmth, and a commitment to sustainability.
