Ideal Candidate • Excellent phone communication skills and a friendly approach, adept at building trust over the phone. • Proficient in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, capable of clear and professional bilingual phone communication. • Self-disciplined and adaptable to remote work, able to self-motivate and manage time efficiently. • Interested in the metal recycling or environmental protection industry, with the ability to quickly learn basic industry knowledge. • Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and basic computer skills. • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or business development is preferred.
