Onsite Support Analyst/Trainer
About the position As an Onsite Support Analyst/Trainer, you will provide onsite support and training to SoftPro customers as they implement SoftPro Select. This position can be based out of our Raleigh, NC office, or from a remote location. Employees in this position will travel to various customer locations within the US. All travel is paid for by the company. When not traveling to customer locations, employees in this position will work from their home office. Responsibilities • Be able to travel up to 85% (annually) to client locations across the US. • Provide onsite escrow and/or title support to various direct operations as they go live on SoftPro Select. • Assist direct operations with various tasks, including but not limited to, CDF/Commercial/order balancing, Prelim/Commitment, Policy production, and other related title and closing processes relating to SoftPro Select. • Document key issues and report those to the appropriate parties so that resolution can be reached quickly for the operations. • Provide a high level customer service to each operation assigned to you at all times. • Provide additional backup support to the help desk when not at a customer location. • Additional duties as assigned. Requirements • 2+ years’ experience with real estate transactions related to title or closing/escrow production. • Must be familiar / comfortable with working in the Microsoft Windows operating system and applications. • The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate Amazing Customer Service and will have a great attitude and feel comfortable working in a high-paced team environment.
