We are committed to delivering top-quality customized products that not only exceed expectations but also provide a seamless and awe-inspiring experience via our exceptional team and AI-integrated systems. Together, we turn dreams into tangible realities and shape a world where creativity knows no bounds. Our headquarters are in Los Angeles, California, but we are a truly global company with team-members across the U.S., Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia/Pacific. We have gone to a fully remote working platform so that we can attract the world’s best talent. All roles at THE/STUDIO are 100% remote from anywhere in the world, as long as you have all your tools and a fast, stable internet connection! We know that some applicants will not meet all the requirements, so we encourage you to apply anyway so we can determine if something else might be a good fit! The Role Operations Assistant (Barcelona, Spain) Preferred Location: Barcelona, Spain We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to help keep things running smoothly across teams. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO (based in Barcelona) and Head of Operations (remote) to support day-to-day execution across departments — from calendar management and project coordination to order management and general operations. This is a hands-on, dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can easily pivot between priorities. You’ll play a key part in helping the company stay organized, efficient, and one step ahead. What You’ll Do • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for the CEO and leadership team. • Coordinate communications, follow-ups, and documentation across departments. • Support order management and issue resolution processes alongside the Operations team. • Assist in maintaining internal tools, systems, and workflows (e.g. Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace). • Track progress and ensure timely completion of ongoing projects and operational initiatives. • Prepare reports, conduct research, and maintain key operational records. • Provide ad-hoc support to departmental leads — from scheduling to coordination and light project assistance. • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Jump in wherever needed to keep operations and leadership initiatives moving — no task too small. What We’re Looking For • 1–2 years of experience in an operations, assistant, or coordination role. • Background working in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; comfortable managing competing priorities. • Knowledge in utilizing AI and automating workflows and processes preferred • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Spanish a plus). • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Airtable, and Teamtailor (or similar systems). • Self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and enjoys building structure where none exists. • Dependable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. • Ideally located in Barcelona, Spain for in-person collaboration with our CEO, though open to nearby remote candidates. Why Join Us • Be part of a lean, global, fully remote team with a strong culture of ownership and collaboration. • Work directly with leadership and gain visibility across multiple functions of the business. • Make an immediate impact — your work helps shape how we operate every day. • Growth and learning opportunities in a dynamic, startup-style environment. THE/STUDIO’s Company Values • Intellectually curious - possesses a natural disposition and comfort to ask questions, challenge the status quo, and a desire to ‘get to the bottom of things’ if they see something not quite right • Self-motivated with a meaningful reason to deliver excellence • Good communication skills that enhance collaboration, minimize misunderstandings, and at a frequency that is appropriate for a remote team • Radical candor - Coachable, accepting of constructive negative feedback and willing to provide constructive negative feedback where applicable • Operates with a level of urgency - values immediate action where prudent, enables quick decision-making, swift problem-solving, and seizing opportunities in a dynamic business environment • Natural customer centricity - has an affinity to always start their train of thought or analysis with the customer’s perspective, bias towards talking to the customer to understand them • Results-driven - focuses on achieving and exceeding measurable objectives Our Typical Hiring Process • Submit an application. IMPORTANT: Please submit your resume/CV in English • Initial Chat with Hiring Manager • Assessment/Case Study - if applicable • Final Interview • Reference Check Note that every role is different, so the process may vary depending on the requirements of the role. Please note that due to the volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to provide feedback to all applications. At THE/STUDIO, we know that our Company's strength lies in the diversity of our team. THE/STUDIO is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Our policy is to provide equal opportunities for all applicants and individuals regardless of protected characteristics. We prioritize and maintain a fair, inclusive and equitable workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Apply tot his job
