Job Description Summary Toutes les ressources et la logistique nécessaires pour effectuer des activités de services et de maintenance sur le site/la propriété des clients. Ces activités contribuent à entretenir, à réparer et à remettre à neuf les produits vendus ou existants. Comprend tous les types de services de maintenance (préventifs et correctifs), gère les installations de maintenance et les services techniques sur le terrain. Influence la qualité de son propre travail et du travail des collègues de son équipe. Exécute les tâches opérationnelles/techniques standard généralement soumises à des instructions et à des routines professionnelles. Une certaine latitude est accordée pour réorganiser l'ordre des tâches en fonction de l'évolution des situations professionnelles. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area - Responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer · Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area • Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. • May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. • A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
