Are you a strategic operations leader with a passion for driving excellence in education and student experience? We’re looking for an Operations Lead to lead the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of our healthcare placement programs. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the full operational lifecycle—from program launch and recruitment coordination to workflow optimisation and quality assurance. Your leadership will ensure our placement initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards, creating a positive impact for both students and internal teams. Responsibilities include the following: Lead the launch and execution of new healthcare placement programs, aligning operational elements with strategic goals and partner expectations. Drive workflow efficiency through CRM optimisation and targeted training to support consistent system use across teams. Oversee student communications and engagement, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout the placement journey. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success to align workflows, allocate resources, and implement academic partner processes. Champion scalable and sustainable operational practices that respond to evolving business needs. What you'll bring: Tertiary Degree in Business preferred or equivalent level of experience. 2 Years Line Management Experience (sales management preferred) Demonstrated project management experience Extensive stakeholder management experience Experience in adult learning and adoption principals Understanding of CRM capabilities and field needs that pertain to it Familiar with a range of data capture and reporting software Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
