Blissway is a startup that simplifies the collection of tolls and improves highway safety. As an Operations Technician, you will lead production, develop processes, and coordinate installations while ensuring quality assurance throughout the operations. Responsibilities Lead production of our WAL-Es, their electronic assemblies, and their testing Develop and own processes throughout the warehouse and assembly line, including organization of inventory and tools Develop methods to improve our system testing and quality assurance Coordinate work requests and maintenance with external contractors and customers Lead project installation and field maintenance teams throughout the nation Skills Lead production of our WAL-Es, their electronic assemblies, and their testing Develop and own processes throughout the warehouse and assembly line, including organization of inventory and tools Develop methods to improve our system testing and quality assurance Coordinate work requests and maintenance with external contractors and customers Lead project installation and field maintenance teams throughout the nation Are smart, hard working, and care about the work that you do. You like a challenge Have an incredible eye for detail and organization. From electronic assembly to inventory management, the details will make or break the project Can navigate a computer extremely well. You'll be expected to work through different software programs and develop your own spreadsheets and tools Take ownership of projects and put in the necessary time to meet deadlines. A recent company survey showed that the team is averaging 50 hours to get their tasks done, with this role specifically requiring overnight shifts and support Excel at solving hard problems and take full ownership. We expect you to figure out what you need to get stuff done Flexible to help all areas of the company when other teams need a boost.
