This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional service standards and contributing to the overall success of blithequark. **Key Responsibilities** * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing department goals * Accurately enter data into a variety of computer programs * Maintain filing system * Provide general support to customer service representatives and management * Assist in maintaining customer records * Answer phone calls * Perform other duties as required **Essential Qualifications** * Previous office experience is preferred * High School Diploma or equivalent * Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel with ability to learn other programs * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organization skills * Excellent phone skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Mathematical skills – above average, quick mathematical skills are required * Strong reasoning ability **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer service or order entry role * Knowledge of funeral products and services * Familiarity with third-party LTL carriers **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
