Organic Lead Generation, Community Manager
Job Description: • Post engaging content (reels, stories, tips, job teasers) on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Join active Facebook/LinkedIn groups to share updates and interact • DM interested candidates, answer queries, and invite them to join our WhatsApp/Telegram groups • Set up and manage 4–6 niche groups • Share verified jobs, success stories, mock tests, and voice notes • Build conversations, reply to questions, and inspire action • Answer 3–5 helpful questions daily on Quora, Reddit, or forums • Comment under migration-related YouTube videos with value + CTA • Help us be everywhere candidates are searching for answers • Push interested users to fill out a Zoho recruit form • Tag and update all leads by country/role/platform inside Zoho • Maintain hygiene: every lead counts, every follow-up matters Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in social media, community management, or outreach • Are creative + proactive: You don’t wait, you engage • Can write clearly and relate to migrant healthcare professionals • Know how to hustle digitally—and enjoy it! • Are comfortable using or learning Zoho Recruit, Canva, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Reels Benefits: • Hands-on experience in international recruitment, healthcare marketing & CRM tools • A chance to change lives—one candidate’s global journey at a time • Training on Zoho CRM and best practices—we’ll support you to succeed • Flexible, remote work with daily/weekly goals—not micromanagement • Performance-based rewards for verified leads Apply tot his job
