Organization Change Management Consultant

Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist Primary Location: Remote Position Type: Contract Overview: Join a dynamic organization as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist, leading strategic change initiatives that drive user adoption, business transformation, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for planning and executing change management and communication strategies that support enterprise-level programs and technology initiatives. What You'll Do: • Manage critical change and enablement initiatives from initiation through completion. • Create and maintain detailed change management plans and associated deliverables. • Lead change management activities including impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness evaluations, and awareness campaigns. • Develop and execute strategic communication plans, including content creation, audience coordination, and dissemination. • Facilitate small and large group meetings to align stakeholders, identify issues, and develop actionable plans. • Support end-user adoption by leveraging data visualization and storytelling techniques. • Serve as a liaison between OCM leadership, business partners, and cross-functional project teams. • Participate in team meetings to define and manage project requirements, timelines, and expectations. • Perform other related duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Role: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related discipline. • Minimum of five (5) years of change management and project management experience. • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with an emphasis on driving behavior change and user adoption. • Knowledge of formal project management and change management methodologies and demonstrated success in execution. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, • Access, Outlook) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence). • Strong time management, prioritization, and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in Organizational Development or Business Administration. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. • Prosci or ACMP Change Management certification. • Experience delivering Workday ERP change management initiatives. Compensation Information The expected salary range for this position is $40-$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
