Orientation Specialist - EMS
About the position The Orientation Specialist works directly under the Director of Education assisting with New Hire Orientation classes, as well as continuing education. The Orientation Specialist participates in professional development programs and performance improvement activities. Responsibilities • Assist with New Hire Orientation classes. • Participate in continuing education. • Occasionally go in service to keep skills sharp. • Instruct monthly annual refresher courses. • May be required to work outside the normal schedule.
