Outbound Automation Engineer (B2B Lead Gen & Sales Workflow) We build AI-powered sales assistants for B2B export & manufacturing companies. Our mission is simple: replace repetitive outbound sales work with automation that actually brings conversations, meetings, and deals. This is not a generic automation role. We are looking for someone who can turn outbound sales logic into automated systems, not just connect APIs. ⸻ Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an Outbound Automation Engineer — someone who understands B2B outbound sales workflows first, and automation tools second. You are a great fit if: • You have hands-on experience with outbound lead generation • You understand ICP, personalization, follow-ups, and deliverability • You can design end-to-end outbound systems, not just single automations ❌ This role is NOT for: • People who only know “n8n + ChatGPT” • Pure no-code hobbyists with no real outbound experience • Developers who focus on code but don’t understand sales logic ⸻ What You Will Build You will help us automate this full outbound workflow: Target → Data → Insight → Personalization → Outreach → Follow-up → CRM Specifically: • Automated lead sourcing (LinkedIn, websites, databases) • Data enrichment & intent signals • AI-powered personalization (email / LinkedIn messages) • Multi-step outreach & follow-up sequences • Deliverability-safe email sending • CRM updates & reporting • Error handling and fallback logic ⸻ ️ Tools We Commonly Use (not limited to) You do NOT need to know all of them, but you should be comfortable combining multiple tools: • Automation: n8n (primary) • Outbound / Email: Instantly, Smartlead, Gmail API • Data & Enrichment: Clay, Apollo, Phantombuster, Scraping tools • LinkedIn Automation: Phantombuster / TexAu • CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion • AI: OpenAI / Claude (prompt chaining, structured outputs) ✅ What Success Looks Like You will succeed in this role if you can: • Explain outbound logic in business terms, not just tools • Design workflows that are reusable and scalable • Improve reply rates through better data & personalization • Think proactively about edge cases, limits, and failures • Build systems that non-technical clients can rely on ⸻ Mandatory Screening Task (Important) Please answer the following in writing when applying: Scenario: A B2B manufacturing company wants to generate outbound leads in the US/EU.
