Learn more: www.prototypemktg.com About the Role We’re seeking a Paid Ads Specialist with deep experience running digital ad campaigns that convert. You’ll translate strategic insights into performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. This role is ideal for an analytical, creative thinker who can balance data with storytelling and collaborate across teams. Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns. • Create audience targeting, copy, and creative recommendations. • Set up conversion tracking and report key performance metrics. • Test and refine messaging, placement, and creative variations. • Collaborate with strategists and creatives on campaign execution. Qualifications • 2+ years experience managing paid media campaigns for agencies or brands. • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and tracking tools. • Strong understanding of conversion optimization and funnel strategy. • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
