Paid Media Manager (Google Ads & Facebook) — Profit-Driven, Hands-On
We’re looking for a hands-on paid media manager to take ownership of our Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts and actively manage them as a profit system, not a reporting exercise. Google Ads is the primary channel. Meta is secondary and used selectively where it makes economic sense. Expected time commitment is ~5–10 hours per week initially, scaling only if results justify it. We spend meaningful budget across paid channels and operate a marketplace-style funnel where: Ads generate orders --- Orders route to buyers --- Revenue is realized only when orders are completed That means geography, buyer coverage, and completion quality matter just as much as top-of-funnel performance.
