Paralegal Manager

We are seeking a highly organized Paralegal Manager (Hybrid) to lead, mentor, and manage our firm’s paralegal team. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader who thrives in managing workflows, processes, and people to achieve operational excellence across the litigation department. Responsibilities: • Supervise paralegal team assignments, performance, and professional development. • Implement and maintain standardized litigation procedures across all offices. • Oversee onboarding, training, and continuing education for paralegals. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure growth and accountability. • Coordinate with firm leadership on staffing, resource allocation, and case management efficiencies. • Monitor deadlines and ensure firm compliance with court and case requirements. • Evaluate and implement technology and tools to optimize paralegal workflows. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred. • Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role • Preferred: experience in leading litigation paralegals • Strong background in workflow design, process improvement, and team development. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Knowledge of legal technology platforms and case management software.
