Work Schedule and Environment We offer a flexible work schedule, with 34 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and flexible work hours between 8am - 4:30pm CST. The position can be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to established guidelines. Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times, navigating efficiently and effectively through our imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry. Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines, accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling. Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times, supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements. Additional Responsibilities In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to: Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines, contributing to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed. Alert management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies, providing recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate. Qualifications and Requirements To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Required Level of Experience We require a minimum of 6 months or more years of experience in a data entry or typing-focused role, demonstrating strong data entry/typing skills and excellent attention to detail. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities You will need to possess: Strong data entry/typing skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to navigate efficiently and effectively through our imaging software, retrieving claims and authorizations for data entry. Assessment and Evaluation If selected for further consideration, candidates will be required to complete an online alphanumeric data entry assessment, demonstrating a minimum of 8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate.
