Part-time Administrator
This is a remote position. We are seeking a reliable and professional part-time Administrator, approximately 5 hours per week, to provide basic administrative and virtual reception support. The role involves managing incoming communications, responding to enquiries, and ensuring a smooth, professional first point of contact for clients and stakeholders. This position is an independent contract role. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner • Manage and respond to WhatsApp messages and general enquiries • Monitor and respond to emails, ensuring timely and accurate replies • Act as a virtual receptionist and first point of contact for the business • Route enquiries to the relevant team members where required • Maintain basic records of calls, messages, and enquiries • Provide general administrative support as needed Requirements Required Skills & Experience: • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Receptionist • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organisational and time-management abilities • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills • Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and basic office tools • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Personal Attributes: • Friendly, professional, and approachable • Reliable and responsive • Detail-oriented and well organised • Calm and patient when handling enquiries • Confidential and trustworthy Benefits RemotePart-time, approximately 5 hours per week Apply tot his job
