Job Overview In this part-time role, you will be responsible for working 2 to 3 hours a day, 5 days a week, and earning a competitive salary of 7k to 8k per month. As a Back Office and Data Entry Specialist, you will be tasked with comparing data with source documents, re-entering data in verification formats, and detecting errors. You will also be responsible for compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before entry, maintaining logbooks of activities and completed work, and reviewing data for deficiencies or errors. Key Responsibilities Compare data with source documents to detect errors and discrepancies Re-enter data in verification formats to ensure accuracy and precision Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entry Maintain logbooks of activities and completed work for record-keeping purposes Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data flow and information exchange Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A minimum of a 12th Pass (HSE) or equivalent qualification Excellent knowledge of MS Office and data programs Typing speed and accuracy, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in data entry, back office operations, or a related field Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Access Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL or Tableau Certification in data entry, office administration, or a related field Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve errors Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and take initiative to resolve issues Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
