Key Responsibilities Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses. Offer detailed information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership inquiries. Schedule appointments by gathering necessary information from customers. Continuously update your knowledge base to stay abreast of the latest products and services. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for client review and follow-up. Qualifications and Skills While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is a plus, it's not a necessity. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. Here are the essential qualifications: Typing speed of at least 35 WPM; 40 WPM or above is preferred. Basic proficiency in internet and Windows-based computer skills. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and embrace change. Training and Work Schedule To ensure you're well-equipped for the role, you'll undergo 4 weeks of comprehensive training. This training will take place Tuesday through Saturday between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm CST. Post-training, you'll work in 5-hour time blocks daily.
