About the Role As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services, and turning these interactions into valuable leads for our dealer clients. Your primary goal will be to represent our clients favorably online, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and engaging. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership queries. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings and can make informed decisions. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving sales and revenue growth for our dealer clients. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying ahead of the curve and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealer clients to build strong relationships with their customers and drive business growth. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback that inform our sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess a unique blend of customer service, technical, and communication skills. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. Essential Qualifications: Able to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM), with 40 WPM or above preferred. Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience considered an asset. Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the automotive or retail industries.
