Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. We welcome applications from individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn. Able to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM), with 40 WPM or above preferred. Strong typing skills are essential for this role, as you will be engaging with customers through online chat. Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. A strong ability to multitask is preferred, with gaming experience being helpful but not essential. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
