About the Job As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and scheduling appointments. Your primary goal will be to turn online conversations into leads, enabling our dealer clients to capitalize on their website traffic and drive business growth. You will work in a fast-paced, yet relaxed and professional environment, where no two days are ever the same. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership queries Provide accurate and timely information about products and services, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to make informed decisions Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving conversions and revenue growth for our dealer clients Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers and close sales Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our sales and marketing strategies Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of customer service, communication, and technical skills. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it is not necessary.
