Key Responsibilities In this part-time, remote position, you will be the frontline representative of blithequark, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service via phone, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries, ensuring that all issues are handled efficiently and effectively. Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access issues, to ensure that our customers can fully utilize our services. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records, which is crucial for continuous improvement and customer relationship management. Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Schedule and Work Environment This part-time position requires availability for evening and weekend shifts. The specific schedule includes: Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday) Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday) To be successful in this role, you must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a working computer, and a quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions. This setup will enable you to work independently and manage your time effectively, ensuring that you provide the highest level of service to our customers. Qualifications and Skills To excel as a Part-Time Customer Service and IT Support Representative at blithequark, you should possess: Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, allowing you to understand and address customer needs effectively. Basic technical knowledge , including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting, to provide Level 1 IT support.
