Job Overview We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Customer Service and Ramp Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, you will be working on the ramp, loading and unloading cargo, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft. Key Responsibilities Safely lift, load, dump, and transport cargo, mail, and freight to and from aircraft, as well as being responsible for on-time connections by directing arriving and departing aircraft from the gate positions. Protect Freight, cargo, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. Safely drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. Repeatedly lift and load cargo onto trucks and ensure each package arrives at its destination. Operate cargo scanners and computers to ensure cargo and freight are routed accurately to the passenger's destination. Practice safety-conscious behaviors in every operational process and procedure. What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Demonstrate that safety is paramount while handling sensitive information. Have basic computer skills. Have strong verbal communication skills. Ability to frequently lift packages or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds. Ability to occasionally lift packages or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds. Work a fixed as well as rotating schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions.
