As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing communications across various stages, ensuring timely, professional responses, proactive follow-up, and efficient issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of the real estate and property management industry to effectively assist with inbound and outbound inquiries, providing insightful and helpful responses. Manage inbound and outbound communications at various stages, ensuring timely and professional responses, proactive follow-up, and efficient issue resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Provide amazing customer experiences, delighting our customers through best-in-class issue resolution and relationship building, and establishing blithequark as a leader in residential property management. Establish and maintain good rapport with our community members by using positive language, anticipating their needs, and going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Build sustainable relationships and engage our community members through proactive and personalized communication, identifying opportunities to elevate the overall customer experience process through scalable solutions. Follow established communication scripts when handling different topics, and continuously identify areas for improvement to refine our customer service processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Advisory, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless support and prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Coordinate the scheduling of appointments, including vendors, as necessary, to facilitate efficient and convenient service for our residents. Assist the Account Management team in building and maintaining strong relationships with our community members, contributing to the growth and retention of our customer base. Meet personal, departmental, and company KPIs/OKRs, consistently striving for excellence and continuous improvement in customer service delivery. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking), with additional language skills being a significant plus. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure comprehensive support for our residents. Self-motivation, composure under pressure, and the ability to maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions. Impeccable organization and process improvement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple communication channels, and maintain accurate records. Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customer inquiries and issues. Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new systems, platforms, and processes, and to adjust to changing job duties and responsibilities. Experience with customer service software such as Zendesk, Google Suite, or related tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
